About the job

About who needs care: My Dad is 85 years old. He is starting to suffer from dementia, is somewhat incontinent, mostly in bed all day, and needs someone to watch him when he tries to walk to the bathroom/commode)... He understands some English (his first language is Korean). About the care needs: Someone patient with the elderly, comfortable helping my mom with my dad, not afraid to help with toileting and chuck/clothing changes, okay with a quiet environment... Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
