We live in the RiNo Whittier neighborhood, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive part time housekeeper who ideally lives nearby and is flexible with hours & days, paid by the hour. We rent out our house and carriage house often, so in addition to housekeeping when we are home, we are looking for someone who can get the place ready for rental guests, light organizing, laundry, making beds, and tidying up. About the role: Flexible days/hours is a must: typically 5 to 12 hours per week Tasks include cleaning, laundry, organizing, occasional errands, and house management. Schedule can vary based on your availability; we're happy to coordinate, Ideal for someone who lives nearby and is open to adjusting hours and day week-to-week We're open to short term or longterm help
