We are seeking a reliable, proactive and organized Household manager and family assistant to support our family's daily routine. The role involves a mix of household management tasks and after-school childcare. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children, is detail-orientated, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, smooth running home. An average day could look like this: - 12 p.m. arrival (all kids at school) - general tidying and organizing of main living spaces, water plants, family laundry, dishwasher loading / unloading + kitchen upkeep, light kid meal prep, running errands (grocery shopping, post office, etc.) -2:45 p.m. leave to pick some children up from school and take to after school activities -5:30 p.m. come home to help with evening kid routine (dinner, baths, prepping backpacks, etc.) -7:30 p.m. departure
