Alright so we have an odd situation. I am a midwife and my schedule is unpredictable and changes. What we are looking for is someone who has availability from 7am-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday with a guaranteed fixed income each week even if you don’t work all those hours. My job is too unpredictable I need someone available and reliable. Our 6-year-old will be starting school in August so it would just be for the one child after that. I always send the schedule on Sundays for the week (and it changes if I have a birth). $20/hr for both kiddos and $18/hr for one. We have a little flexibility here for a reliable consistent person. Typically it’s 25 hours throughout the week with a minimum of $500 every week no matter what. And always the possibility for more hours with my crazy schedule haha. We’ve had some weeks over $700.
