Full time temporary nanny needed for twin girls. 5. 5 months old. Medical/nursing experience a plus as one of my girls has a serious heart condition. This position will be needed for 1-4 months until she has her heart surgery. Must be ok with dogs as we have two fur babies at home that will need love.
