About the job

We are a queer family, living in South Minneapolis and searching for a nanny for our 6-month-old son beginning this fall. We are an active family that values being outdoors. We are looking for someone with lots of experience with babies who is open to tidying up as well as other light work around the house (dishes, watering the garden etc.) We have one calico cat but otherwise no pets. Both parents work from home on alternating days. While we would collaborate to determine a strategy that works well for you, we have a small home and you would often see us and interact with us most days. We are looking for a nanny to support our family until June 2026 at minimum. While we hope to continue on together as our son grows, we're unsure of our childcare needs beyond then.
