Position Details: Role: Nanny for a 4-month-old infant. Location: Richfield, MN. Schedule: MWF 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. (days and times can be flexible if needed) Key Responsibilities: The primary focus of this role is the safety, well-being, and developmental growth of our daughter. Responsibilities include: Infant Care: Maintaining our daughter's daily feeding and nap schedules (bottle preparation, feeding, burping, safe sleep practices). Diaper changes and maintaining hygiene. Administering medication if needed (with clear instructions and parent approval). Proven experience caring for infants, ideally 4 months and older, with verifiable references. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire). Demonstrated understanding of infant development and age-appropriate activities.
