Minneapolis Family - B17297 Location: Minneapolis MN Schedule: Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Start: October 2025 Children: 3 children ages 5. 5 yrs, 4yrs, and baby due in Sept. 2025 Salary: $25-$28/hour We are a warm and welcoming family based in Minneapolis with two children: a 5. 5-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl. We are expecting a newborn girl in September 2025. The two older children attend full-time school during the day, while the newborn will be home and require full-time care. We are looking for a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny to support our family on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate will become a trusted part of our daily routine and help create a safe, structured, and loving environment for our children. The nanny will be primarily responsible for the newborn during the day, including feeding, diapering, and providing developmentally appropriate play and stimulation. While the older children are at school for most of the day, they will need care on days when school is closed or they are home sick. The nanny will also pick them up from the bus stop each afternoon and assist with after-school care. Additional responsibilities include helping to keep the home tidy-particularly in the kitchen and children's areas-assisting with the children's daily schedule and school calendars, and providing occasional transportation for school or activities using a car provided by the family. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for both infants and school-age children, with a strong preference for newborn experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and communicates well. The right person will be flexible with scheduling changes, proactive in keeping the household running smoothly, and ready to be a loving and consistent presence in our children's lives.
