About the job

Hello! My partner and I are looking for a nanny for our baby boy due at the end of September! We would be looking for someone to start around mid-November. We are still in the planning process so we don't have an exact schedule mapped out, but would likely by 4 days a week 5-7 hours each day. I work a flexible, hybrid job and would occasionally be home working. As the hours may vary week to week depending on my work schedule, we would love to uphold a compensation system to ensure you get reliable pay in the event we don't need you for the discussed hours that week. I nannied for many years and know how important it is to receive the pay you were planning on! Our ideal nanny would be CPR certified, reliable, has transportation, and doesn't smoke cigarettes. It is also important for our caregiver to be comfortable with pets as we have two cats and three small dogs, who would likely need to be let out once per shift. Some qualities we are looking for in a nanny is someone who is patient, reliable, and preferably enjoys being outside and feels comfortable taking our baby for walks.
