About the job

Looking for an experienced, silly, reliable, organized, nurturing & snuggly nanny for our wonderful children (6, 4 & 1). During the school year, you'll only be with our smiley 16m old, but you'll have all 3 over summer break & school vacations. Hours are M-W 8-3. Some flexibility helpful. 2 weeks paid PTO, 3 sick days. $20-$22/hr base, $25 for all 3 together. Cash. Must be able to come in any weather, willing to care for sick kids and able to commit to at least 1 full year. Knowledge of gentle parenting practices a must. Our ideal fit is confident in their ability to manage sibling rivalry, a pro at toddler meals, soothing techniques & naps, is good at setting gentle and silly but firm boundaries and enjoys facilitating age appropriate crafts and activities to keep the kids stimulated and regulated.
