We are looking for an extra set of hands in the evenings to start, and hoping to transition to a part time nanny in the future. Starting in the fall I will be out of the home 4 evenings a week and would like to find someone to help with afternoon evenings a few nights a week. We are a two mom home, and we have four children ages 4, 3, 2, and 1 (the 4-year-old will be five at the end of the summer.) My wife will be home every evening (at least until everyone is comfortable with each other), so don't panic! It would be ideal if this could develop into a part time nanny/babysitter situation long term. Musts: infant/child CPR certified, background check (we are an adoptive/foster home so we take this very seriously), kind yet authoritative approach (note, not authoritarian), socially/politically liberal (re 2 mom home), vaccinated/boosted.
