We have an unexpected need for help this summer. Both kids are enrolled in YCamp, but due to circumstances, YCamp is challenging. My oldest just got crutches, and getting around outside is hard. My youngest has challenging behaviors (noncompliance) that YCamp can't support. Both are great kids! They tend to struggle when their routine changes or when they experience something new. One has anxiety and ADHD, the other had a speech delay with residual expressive language challenges that can lead to noncompliance if he gets frustrated. Both are smart, social, active, and happy kids who require someone who is caring, structured, and patient. Both do well in school, have a 504 plan, and have extracurricular activities. We need help afternoons with transportation and sitting. We have some flexibility with hours and an option for more.
