We are seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable nanny to care for our 8-month-old daughter. This is a part time position with guaranteed hours every week (monthly schedule provided 4 weeks ahead). We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and will provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and stimulating environment. We're looking for: - Someone who genuinely enjoys working with infants and understands the developmental needs of babies at this stage. - A caregiver who will engage our child with age-appropriate activities that promote growth and curiosity (reading, singing, sensory play, tummy time, etc). - A calm, patient, and loving presence who can help maintain a consistent routine around feeding, naps, and play time. - Someone who shares our values of gentle parenting (absolutely no "cry it out" methods), positive communication, and respect for the child's needs. - Must be fully vaccinated and practice good hygiene. - Must have their own reliable transportation. - Must have 5+ years prior experience with infants under 1-year-old - Must be CPR/First Aud certified (or willing to obtain) - Non-smoker
