Our family of 5 in Needham is seeking an energetic, loving, and engaging nanny to join our household to help care for our three young children. Our ideal nanny will be reliable and able to create age-appropriate activities that promote imagination and assist the children in meeting developmental milestones. We value a nanny who is passionate about understanding and meeting our kids' needs, prioritizing child development. We are looking for someone who can effectively set necessary boundaries and routines, while still being warm and understanding with the kids. Majority of our nanny's time will be caring for 1-2 kids as our 3-year-old is in preschool half days, and our oldest child is in school full days. We are excited to find a dedicated, child-centered nanny who is excited about the well-being and enrichment of our kids!
