Their ideal nanny is someone who brings positive energy, is naturally engaging with children, and approaches each day with curiosity, kindness, and compassion. A big part of the role involves supporting their wonderful daughter, including learning about her health condition and working closely with the parents to ensure her care is consistent and thoughtful. The family is ready to welcome someone who will approach this with an open heart and a team spirit. While the position offers a private bedroom and bathroom two floors away from the family, they're looking for someone who enjoys the balance of independence and being an active, collaborative presence in a warm, family-focused environment. This is a role for someone who is intuitive and observant-able to read the room and step in where help is needed most, whether that's around childcare or light household management.
