I interviewed Yolanda when she promptly indicated her availability to take care of her son. We were supposed to speak on the phone at 5pm the next day but I could not get hold of her. She later returned my call only to let me know she is not available on those dates and that she was very busy. My only request is that please read the job posting before getting on a call. It saves everyone time and effort.
