I work with all different needs from Autism, Down syndrome, special needs, elderly, etc. I am certified in CPR/FIRST AID. I am willing to do a CORI check if required. I can distribute medication, meal prep, whatever your needs may be. I am a former owner of 3 women's fitness clubs so I have a lot of experience in health, diet and exercise. I also clean homes, apt, offices, etc. I can grocery shop, run errands, take you out and about. What every you would like.
