Hello, my name is Sandy and I am a St. Louis native, born and raised. I recently decided to leave my full-time position with the YMCA as a youth programs and family events director, to work part-time in order to spend more time with my own growing boys. If there's anyone who understands the needs of busy families and hardworking people, it's me! I have been in the childcare business, both on the front lines and in the administrative, policy making background for nine years. I have experience working with and assisting all ages, having worked as a preschool teacher in B. with 2-year-olds, all the way up to 20-year-olds in the city at teen shelters. I am the mother of a 7-year-old and an 11-year-old, a dog named Sunny, a cat named Minerva and two fish named Fish Fingers and Custard. I also clean houses occasionally for extra cash, so I guess you can say I can assist you with anything you need help with in your day to day life. I am available to do any of the following: grocery shop, water plants, clean your house, run errands, walk and feed the pets and provide childcare from the hours of 9 a.m. -2 p.m. one to three days a week. Also help with office work, paperwork, and mailings. I have a valid driver's license, am fully insured and have a background check through the family care safety registry from August 2012.
