Mary Ann is an absolutely superb person and worker in the house. She is extremely meticulous in the manner in which she cleans a home. She truly takes pride in doing a good job and has an amazing work ethic. She is also proactive in how she approaches her work. If she sees a problem she is thoughtful and deliberate in communicating to me and has already thought up a number of solutions when she identifies an issue. As an example we were doing a remodel in my house and Mary Ann noted a number of areas that needed to be addressed by the contractors. When the they were making changes in a bathroom she knew of a number of ways that the dust could be minimized from spreading to the rest of the house. I brought it up with the contractors and they did what she recommended and it made a big difference. This is just one of many examples. On a personal level she is a delight to interact with.
