Kelsie is amazing with children and I feel super lucky every time she is available to work with our family. I travel for business and feel totally at ease when Kelsie is caring for my daughter and running the house. She drives to all the sports and music lessons and they have a wonderful rapport. Kelsie cooks meals and packs lunches to my daughter's specifications - I always leave money in case they want to go out for meals but they never do. Returning from my last trip I found a note on the counter, "Welcome Home! Not sure if you had dinner on the plane but I left you some Yakisoba and salad in the frig. Also, the sheets from my bed are in the dryer." She is amazing. Kelsie is educated and responsible (I have a separate account/debit card for use by caregivers for gas, groceries, children's expenses and emergencies -- she never spends much). She is the second of six children in her family which is evident in her fun, nurturing manner and an ease in the role of temporary mom. It seems a little defeating to give her a good reference - what if she isn't available when I need her? I highly recommend Kelsie.
