I have been in child care for over five years; with families in their home, in my home, in a child care facility, and even overseas teaching in a kinder center. Through each of these very different experiences and cultures, I have discovered kids want to explore, get messy, learn, and figure out how to be independent. Working with your children, I will help them gain the confidence needed to be striving learning machines. We will explore, get messy and creative with art projects, learn social, emotional, and developmental skills, and let them struggle to learn to be independent (cleaning up toys, room, helping with dishes and etc.). I am a college student studying sociology with a minor in Kinesiology, CPR and First Aid certified, and I have 25+ hours of state training accreditation for preschool to school aged children.
