
Easy DIY Cowgirl Costume

As part of the Care.com Halloween costume series, get quick steps to turn your little girl into a character from the Wild West, or um, Toy Story!

Giddy up for one of the cutest costumes in town. With a few pieces of clothing you probably have at home, and a few accessories (pig tails or side braids would be adorable!) your little girl will be a regular wrangler.
Materials:
- Blue skinny jeans or blue tulle skirt
- Red leggings (if using skirt)
- White blouse
- Brown or black Vest (can be made from a t-shirt. Learn how
- Cowboy boots
- Cowboy hat
- Red bandana
- Glitter makeup (optional)
Step 1: Divide hair into two pony tails. Leave as ponies or braid.
Step 2: Put on glitter makeup.
Step 3: Put on outfit: jeans or skirt with leggings, shirt, vest, boots, and hat.
Step 4: Fold red banana into a triangle and tie loosely around neck with pointy end facing down. Yeehaw!
