This great breakfast idea blends together some classic kid-friendly favorites like apples, grapes, yogurt, and oats. With just six simple ingredients, this overnight oats recipe is full of fall’s most delicious flavors that the whole family’s sure to enjoy.

Best of all? It’s really easy to make; you don’t even need heat! You can save yourself a little time in the morning by whipping up this tasty breakfast treat in just 10 minutes or less the night before. All you need to do is combine all of the ingredients, then place the mixture in the fridge overnight. Come morning-time, your Autumn Overnight Oats will be perfectly chilled and ready to eat. (I recommend using a glass jar for this recipe, but any storage container will do the job). This recipe is so easy to make that you can even get the kiddos to help you prep this mouth-watering morning meal!

Recipe: Quaker® Oats Overnight Autumn Oats

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes’ prep + overnight
Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. Quaker® Oats (Old-Fashioned, Quick, or 1/3 cup Steel Cut Quick, uncooked)
  • 1/4 c. Tropicana® 100% Apple Juice
  • 3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt or no-sugar-added nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • 1/4 c. chopped unpeeled apple
  • 1/4 c. halved green, red, or black seedless grapes (or a combination)

Directions:

  1. Place the Quaker® oats in a small bowl or jar (preferably one with a 2-cup capacity).
  2. Drizzle the apple juice over the oats.
  3. Add a layer of yogurt, and then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Add a layer of apple and grapes.
  5. Place your bowl or jar in the fridge and let it sit overnight.
  6. Enjoy your overnight oats in the morning, or even a few hours later!
