I was a live-in nanny for a boy with autism in the Philippines. I also had duty to care for the daddy of the boy when he had a stroke and needed special care after retuning from hospital. As a live in, I was able to help care for the entire family from shopping, cooking, cleaning to being a caregiver with boy even attending special school with him each day during school year. Since Nov. 2013 until now, I am one of several caregivers for a woman, 87, in Alexandria, VA. I also have filled in as babysitter for the 19 month grand daughter. My employer, son of the lady I cared for, will write a nice letter of recommendation.
