I was the nanny to a teenage girl with Cerebral Palsy when I was in college and also worked in a residential home as support staff while away at school. Currently, I have a full time job as a Residential Program Manager for a company that mainly deals with individuals on the autism spectrum. I am currently studying to become a BCBA.
