I have a teaching certificate to work with children with mild and moderate health and learning needs. I also have worked in a school setting for 2 years working with students with severe Autism. I also worked respite for two years working with children and young adults having a wide range of special needs. Overall I have experience including: Autism Spectrum, behavior disorders, Down Syndrome, Cornelian de Lange, visual and auditory disabilities, Cerebral Palsy and others. I have also been trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention to deescalate and restrain individuals posing immediate harm to themselves or others. I also work at a retail store and my schedule varies from week to week. My posted availability is generalized but I am very flexible and willing to work with you on a scheduling plan.
