My name is Samantha and I'm 3 years into college majoring in early childhood education and minoring in psychology. I am currently taking time off from college because I had a son last year, who is now 17 months old. I also have some experience with special needs children- volunteered at summer camps for children from Autism and working with children in the classroom with disabilities. I have my own transportation and valid license. I have a clean criminal record. I love children and I'm really hoping to find a job working in my field to further my experience before I graduate. I worked 2 internships (one of which was running an after school science club and the other was running an aerospace summer camp) and also student teaching at local schools. I also have some experience with special needs children- volunteered at summer camps for children with Autism and working with children in the classroom with disabilities. I love to do hands on activities with children, whether its teaching them lessons, taking them to the park, or doing crafts. Through my internships with Murfreesboro city schools, I taught math and science and even planned my own lessons. I also worked for a tutoring company.
