To give you a little history on my experiences: I've been working in the health care field for 6-7 years. I was also a nurses aid for quite some time. So I know how to do my job very well. I have worked in home with clients as well as facilities. I've worked for compassionate healthcare, the Arc of warren County and Hunterdon hill residential living. I am currently working at the Arc full time on the weekends and am available during the week. I enjoy working with lower functioning to high functioning individuals. For example: Infants as well as young adults to seniors. I am also easily adjusted to any environment and I do my job to the best of my ability. I have a great personality and I go above and beyond in all that I do. I would say the best part of my job would be making my clients happy, because when they're happy it makes my job enjoyable and I get to know the client on a more personal level so that trust is built. I also graduated from Wccc with an associate degree in Social science, this degree gave more of an educational experience when working with individuals with and without disabilities.
