Hello, My name is Rita K. I am a 49-year-old woman. I have a certificate in recreation and leisure study from Norwalk Community College. I had a CNA license. I am caring, patient, and loving individual. I treat people the way I want to be treated. I take the extra the mile to build a rapport with person that I am working with. I am honest, trustworthy, and a hard worker. I have worked in Nursing Home Care for over 11 years. I helped implement meaningful recreation services with creative, intellectual, social and spiritual interactions with the residents. I specialize in Alzheimer's and Dementia residents. I did activities of daily living with the challenging behaviors. I have 13 years experience working with people with special needs. I have created goal setting programs for clients. Provided daily activities, as well as out trip programs. I understand human behavior and individual differences in ability and personalities. I was laid off in May 2013.
