I worked as a paraprofessional for three years in South Orange. I worked in a school system with special needs children. My job description was to help the teacher with any students that might need more attention with a subject. I would work one on one with that student or work with three students in a group. I am very passionate doing what I do with children of special needs because I am very caring. I take pride in everything I do when it comes down to work regardless if its working with special needs children or working with senior citizens. My passion is really working with special needs children, due to them needing more attention but I really do not have any problem working with children without disabilities.
