My name is Nathaniel. I am a young, healthy, recent college graduate in Health Sciences. I am passionate to both pediatric and geriatric populations and pursuing a career in physical therapy; still deciding between the two. I have extensive experience with persons with special needs specifically in down syndrome, OCD, and aphasia. I am currently a caregiver in Apopka and have one main client; a 16-year-old boy with Down Syndrome. Activities include supportive daily living, physical therapy exercise, and moral support. I have volunteered in many hospitals and clinics including Orlando Regional and the Veterans Affairs of Orlando with the physical therapy departments. My main goal when taking care of others is rooted in increasing quality of life. Be it through general well being, healthy eating, socializing, or exercise. I like to be well rounded with my clients and am very interactive with the client and supporting family; giving regular updates and moral support. I maintain a very professional relationship with those who hired me and work hard my entire shift and am very open to feedback.
