My name is Monique and I have a passion for children with special needs. In part, because the very first child I ever nannied for was severely autistic and he was a delight. I later went to college to double major in Philosophy and family and human services with a minor in special education. I believe that children with needs have a heart and a glow that most people will never get to witness, because they are in fear. I have worked with multiple children with needs to include: Autism, ADD, ADHD, Asperger's and children with medical needs. I have worked side by side with occupational and speech therapist to develop cohesive strategies to continue your child's growth and advancement.
