Michele is extremely cooperative with Administration, Staff, Students and Community. She is more than willing to help not only her student but any student in the room that may need assistance. Michele is also willing to lend a hand to teachers while in their classes. Michele is also very willing to help other students who may need it regardless of whether they attend Academic Support or not. Michele is extremely dependable, reliable and attentive. She has an eye for detail and is extremely thorough and efficient. There is nothing I can ask of Michele that she is unable or incapable of doing. She is also very attentive to her student and with the other students in the room or program. Michele's initiative is fantastic. She seeks out tasks and work without being asked. I have never had to ask her to do something as she has the where-by-all to take the initiative and do something when she sees the need. She also does a fantastic job completing any task. Not only does Michele take the initiative towards tasks, she does this with all students. She does not wait to see if a student needs help but approaches the students to offer her assistance. Michele is highly organized and meticulous. This is a great skill as she is able to implement her own organizational skills to her student and the students she helps out in the classroom or Academic Support. Michele has a great attitude and a wonderful sense of humor. Michele often times comes off as though there is an outer shell around her however, she is actually very caring and sensitive. She takes her job seriously and wants her student and other students to be successful. She has compassion for the students especially those who have been "deemed" the under-dog. She is truly sees the positive and tries not to let negativity get her down. The students love her and are very willing to accept her help as they know she truly cares.
