My name is Madeline (19 years-old, 20 in September), and I am a junior majoring in Child Psychology at the University of Kentucky. I am searching for a part-time position caring for children for the upcoming school year. Please feel free to check out my Care.com profile! A bit about myself: I have years of experience in caring for children aging from 2-8, multiple at a time, boys and girls, and even children with developmental disorders such as ADHD, sensory issues, and panic attacks. I have aided my mother is raising my younger brother (who is now almost 7-years-old) since his birth. This past summer I have cared for three different families. I have helped care for relatives in my large extended family, neighbors' children, and children of family-friends. I am outgoing, open-minded, patient, and children truly are my passion, as I hope to pursue a career in child developmental research. After earning my BA in psychology, I hope to go on to earn my Masters and my Ph. D. in Child Developmental Psychology. I take my studies very seriously and have high hopes for my future! I am a nonsmoker, have no children of my own, have reliable transportation, and am very pet-friendly! :)
