I began working in the human service industry in 2001 as a direct care worker at a Community Based Residential Facility. It was there I learned how much I love to teach and how much I love to learn. From there, I worked with children in their educational and residential facility. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Professional Communication and Adult Education from Alverno College, I moved into more management/supervisory roles. My proudest achievement has been orchestrating the opening of an adult day services program from the ground up. I continued my work as a Case Manager and a Site Supervisor. I've had the pleasure of working with a handful of members, I served as children and again as adults. I have personally invested myself, to ensure proper treatment and quality lives are had by everyone I've serve.
