I first started working with special needs children when someone in my class had autism and no one else would deal with him. I helped him get through everything and worked through things step by step with him. I also a year later ended up working with a girl who had down syndrome who happened to be my brothers best friends sister. I have asthma myself but it is completely under control, I have lived with it my whole life and can help others who have it. A portion of my family is deaf. I have been babysitting and working with them since before I can remember. I love being around people and helping others one step at a time. These are just a few of my main experiences with special needs children. There are a few more cases of special needs I have worked with that I listed in the area that has asked.
