I taught Special Education for 3 years, but for the past 10 years have been working as an Instructional Assistant in a classroom for elementary students with multiple disabilities. I have also been involved in home care, supported living, early childhood, etc for 17 years. I love all aspects of caring for and teaching those with special needs. I love what I do! Special education is extremely rewarding to me.
