I have worked for an organization with a woman who was diagnosed with mental retardation, anxiety and depression, also with 3 males. Together they had Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, Alzheimer's disease and dementia. I am currently employed as a support specialist. I work primarily with 3 individuals that together have Alzheimer's disease, dementia, mental retardation, cerebral palsy, and depression issues. I have also worked with non-verbals and paraplegics. I am genuinely caring and put the individuals' needs first. I always maintain a positive attitude and also maintain a great relationship with those I help. I take interest and I'm always willing to learn new ways of doing things to better suit those I help.
