I am currently in school for Early Childhood Special Education looking to babysit part-time on the side. I was an aide at a daycare with infants/toddlers, preschool age, and school age. At Towson so far I have interned with Kindergarten and infants/toddlers. I have babysat/been a nanny to all ages up to 10 years old. When I graduate, I want to become a early intervention specialist, or work in a preschool/kindergarten age classroom with children who have special needs. I am always willing to learn new things to better improve myself as well.

Kaitlynn impressed me from the beginning. She's a great communicator and very responsive when talking about a job, planning to meet/work, and following up. She arrives on time or early and is very pleasant and easy to talk to. She has planned fun activities for my toddler son and followed my suggestions for things they could work on together. She leaves my home cleaner than when she arrives. Most importantly, Kaitlynn has a wonderful rapport with kids! My 22-month-old son has a great time with her. You can tell she's passionate about caring for children and knowledgeable about their development. I plan to continue to use Kaitlynn in the future when she's available and would highly recommend her to anyone.
