Dear parents, I met Jessica when I was a teacher at her high school her sophomore year. Jessi has a passion for special needs children. She gave up the chance to take those fun Art classes or cooking classes to work with our special needs students. She also helped start the Down Syndrome Prom in our district that has grown to be county wide and even the a large foundation is involved to this day with it. I also had Jessica in class and she always demonstrated her passion to work with children, she is in college to become a special education teacher and she volunteers with me with a great charity in-which grants dreams for seriously ill children in our area. Jessica has also been involved with Special Olympics for many years, and she has worked with many families through the community she is living in and for which she has worked for for over a year or so. Jessica has also a background in first aid after completing a course during high school for a full-year.
