Hello there, I'm Erica. I am a 22-year-old student studying social work on a graduate level. I have experience with children and adults ages 6-102 years old. My expertise is with special needs adults/children and hospice care, which I currently involved with part time. I am trained in bereavement care/hospice, worked with special needs adults and children for 4+ years, and have had art therapy experience for 2+ years. I have run respite programs for adults with Alzheimer's & I am also a bereavement specialist in hospice care and I make home visits to the elderly who have five months of less to live, or I help families that have recently lost a loved one. I understand that the aging process can put a burden on the children and grandchildren of the loved one, & I am here to help. With children, I have babysat for 5+ years, helped adolescent girls build confidence in anti-bullying self esteem workshops, created programs and activities for children with autism and down syndrome, and have provided birthday parties focused on fun, dance, art and creative expression.
