Hi! I'm Lizzie, and I consider myself to be a happy, high energy, and detail oriented caregiver. I started working with children with disabilities 9 years ago when I was in high school. I fell in love with the work and the children so I decided I should probably make this a career! Since then I've gained experience working with children of all ages, from 12 months to teenagers with disabilities. I've worked in elementary schools, preschools, camps, and in home settings. I've completed 100 credits of an undergraduate in special education and I am planning to finish my degree in the next few years. The two things I think are most important when it comes to childcare are first, safety, and second, fun! I currently work as a 3rd grade teaching assistant and I'm looking for a nanny position for when school lets out mid-June. Until then I'm also free for afternoon/evening occasional babysitting.
