I have 5+ years experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of mental illness as well as emotional imbalances. I have always had a natural nurturing demeanor and found joy in helping others learn and build assets. I believe that if you help people develop assets they will naturally develop self confidence which then gives them a sense of purpose in this world. Overall, I find importance in giving children a balance of learning and fun. I am creative in the ways in which I teach and encourage children/teens to complete given tasks. I am responsible, positive, and caring. Yet, I have the ability to be stern when it comes to being in charge of situations. I value the importance of following through with things, and creating a sense "normalcy" with daily schedules. Especially, with children.
