I have cared for two children for the last two and a half years with severe food allergies and severe eczema. The little girl I cared for was deathly allergic to milk, peanuts, whey, and Motrin. If she ingested any of these, she would go into anaphylactic shock. The little boy I cared for was very allergic to peanuts and would become very ill if he ingested nuts. In the two and a half years caring for them, there was never any kind of incident.
