My aunt is a special needs teacher and my mother ran an adult CBRF for a few years so I have been around all sorts of special needs. I don't look at them any differently than I would a developmentally "normal" child. I just enjoy spending a little more time and effort into what I do. Your child will never feel "different" in my care.
