I have been teaching students with varying degrees of Autism for the past 8 years and also have some experience with children with multiple disabilities. I have worked with students ages 6 to 15 who have ranged from low functioning non verbal to high functioning verbal. I have plenty of experience working with students who have challenging behaviors and have been ABA trained. I am also trained to use iPads with communication apps as well as PECS. I also know some basic Sign Language to support understanding. I would love to be a part of the team that helps your child succeed and grow!
