I have 30 years of experience caring for the retired and developmentally disabled. I have worked in convalescent care facilities and in home personal care. This is a job that I have the heart for, it's a passion not a job. I even on my days off to go back to my job to take clients out for walks or just to sit outside in the sunshine soak up some rays. :) I believe in giving more than what is asked and being personable with my clients to get to know what they enjoy and don't enjoy. It's very important to know them so they feel more like you're a friend than a caretaker. :)

Christine J is my mom. She is full of life and compassion. She enjoys taking care of others, whether it be as her career or just because of who she is. I have seen her genuinely give her time to those who are in need. She has a selfless and genuine character. Every time I ask her how she is doing with her career as a nurse, I see her face light up. She loves what she does. She is also a very involved grandparent who loves her grand kids and is a big part of their lives. Always there for her family and grandkids. I have enjoyed seeing my mom do what she loves, even the long hours she has put in never gets in her way. She works hard and is always willing to learn. Alicia H.
