In my experience, I have worked with both Autism and A.D.H.D. I have spent time nannying and mentoring one child and one young adult with autism, and another toddler with A.D.H.D. This experience has given me a rounded understanding that not everyone is the same and I work hard to make each one feel special. I am very easy going and adaptable and I respect that each person will learn differently, play differently and need different things from me. I have grown much from my experience with children with special needs and I am not afraid to change my game plan so that each child or adult is equally involved and cared for.
