I currently work at a group home in Waterford WI and I assist participants with their ADLs, IADLs, short term objectives, home skills, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medication management, am an advocate for their medical treatment, transportation and all other job duties to assist the participants with achieving their goals to enter or live in a least restrictive environment, whether it is with family, supported living or back into their own homes. I consider myself a nurturing, honest, trustworthy and hardworking individual that enjoys helping the disabled or elderly to have a higher quality of life.
