In my last year of high school, I had the privilege of spending every day with the special needs kids in my school. I learned how to communicate and figure out the different needs of every student. I worked with kids with Down Syndrome to an array of Autism. Special education is my passion and my life's desire. It makes me happy to be around someone with special needs to have the experience and mostly to be able to make them smile. Being able to teach and help someone with special needs is the most amazing experience!
